Elderberries Gummies Recipe

Andi Lynn's Gummy Candy:
1C Andi Lynn's Winter Elderberry Syrup
1/2C Hot Water
1/4C Gelatin Powder
1T Coconut oil (for greasing 9x9 square pan
Grease glass pan with coconut oil. Mix 1/4C Andi Lynn''s Winter Syrup with 1/4C Gelatin Powder. Add 1/2C Hot Water and stir until combined. Add the remaining Andi Lynn's Syrup and stir or whisk until completely smooth. Pour into greased dish or greased candy molds and refrigerate until completely firm.
Slice into bite size squares or allow the kids to cut shapes with cookie cutters (if not using the molds). Place into an air tight container in the fridge on parchment or waxed paper. Use within 10 days.
